The placement and purchase of any order with Neo Garage LLC® constitute the acknowledgment and acceptance of all terms and conditions listed below. Neo Garage LLC® reserves the right to make changes to its website and terms and conditions at any time.

PRICES
All prices on our website and/or advertisement do not include shipping & handling charges. All prices are mail-ordered prices. Incoming freight charges may apply for pick-up orders. All prices and descriptions are subject to change without notice. Orders shipped to Florida residents must include a 7% sales tax.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from the supplier or manufacturer, Neo Garage LLC® shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Neo Garage LLC® shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Neo Garage LLC® shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
WARNING
All parts sold by Neo Garage LLC®, except for street-legal/DOT-approved parts, are racing parts for off-road use only. Federal and many State laws prohibit the removal, modification, or rendering inoperable of any device or element of design affecting the vehicle emission or safety in a vehicle used on public highways. Violation of such laws may subject the owner or user to a fine or penalty. Installation of this part may void the warranty coverage, if any, on your vehicle. Neo Garage LLC® shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that might be claimed as a result of the failure of any part, including claims for delay, loss of profits, or labor. Neo Garage LLC® shall not be liable for any damage or injury to persons or property resulting from improper installation or misuse of any part. Neo Garage LLC® will not cover any loss in profit or labor due to errors in shipping, mispackage, and/or extended delays for backorder items. Neo Garage LLC® shall not be held accountable for any misconception or disappointment associated with any product.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Neo Garage LLC® will determine special order items. All special-ordered items must be prepaid before processing your order. Special ordered items cannot be canceled or returned.
CANCELLATIONS
Any order which is canceled with Neo Garage LLC® after 24hrs from placement of the order to the time of shipment will be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% (ten percent).
PAYMENT
Neo Garage LLC® accepts all major credit cards, including PayPal, Snap Finance, Affirm, Sezzle, and Quadpay. Orders will not be processed or shipped until this waiting period is over. Credit card fraud will not be tolerated. All orders paid by credit card must be shipped to the cardholder's billing address or verified alternate shipping address. Orders will NOT be shipped if the address provided does not match the records of the credit cardholder's bank. Please DO NOT send cash, as we are not responsible for any loss that may occur with the US Postal Service.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped by either UPS or US Postal Service. In-stock items usually ship within 5-7 business days after receipt of the order. Neo Garage LLC® does not guarantee on-time delivery for out-of-stock items. Any expected shipment dates given to customers are approximate. Out-of-stock items will be placed on backorder. Backorder items will ship within 24hrs after receipt of the shipment from the manufacturer. Shipping fees calculated by our shopping cart system are estimated. Shipping fees may be higher than stated by our shopping cart system for products using oversized boxes, multiple box shipments, and backordered items.
REJECTION OF GOODS
As soon as the goods are delivered to the Buyer, he shall inspect them. Notice in writing must be given within three (3) days after receipt of goods of any defect or omissions. Failure to give notice within file (3) days after receipt shall constitute an irrevocable acceptance of the goods.
CLAIMS
Claim for defective goods, shortages, incorrect items, delays, or failures in shipment or delivery, or for any other cause, shall be deemed waived and released by Buyer, unless made in writing within five (3) days after the arrival of the goods.
RETURNS
All items returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Wheels returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee. RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED on ignition systems, computers (ECU), any electrical items, bulbs, lighting accessories, software, internal engine components, fuel pumps, special orders, and custom orders. All other returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days after the date of invoice. All returns must be unused, in the same condition as sold to the buyer, and in their original packaging. Returned parts with missing packaging, instructions, or parts will be subject to a restocking fee. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact Neo Garage LLC® within this period to be eligible for a return. A (RA#) Return Authorization Number must be issued before returning the product. You may contact us by way of telephone at sales@neogarageonline.com. A RA# must be marked on return packages, otherwise, the package will be refused. The returned item(s) must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice. No returns or exchanges will be allowed if the item shows signs of having been installed, scratched, damaged, or modified. Wheels and tires, which have been mounted, are not returnable. If Neo Garage LLC® does not accept a returned item as being defective and/or returnable for any reason, the buyer must accept any incurred cost. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the correct part before ordering and installing a particular part. Neo Garage LLC® is not responsible for shipping costs incurred by the customer for returning products for return, refund, exchange, and/or warranty.
REFUNDS
A refund, exchange, or core return will not be made until all items are returned to Neo Garage LLC®. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Orders placed by credit card will be refunded to the same credit card account only. All other non-credit card orders will be refunded by either company check or store credit. Refused shipments sent back to Neo Garage LLC® do not constitute a refund or credit. Neo Garage LLC® reserve the right to charge the customer shipping & handling costs for the refused shipment and a 20% restocking fee.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All orders outside of the United States must be paid in full by bank wire transfer (subject to a $30.00 service fee), or PayPal in US Funds before any order will be processed. All foreign orders are final. No returns will be accepted; therefore it is the buyer's responsibility to order the correct part. Neo Garage LLC® does not guarantee proper fitment for buyers' foreign vehicles as all parts sold by Neo Garage LLC® are made for the American domestic market. Customers are responsible for taxes, duties, and brokerage fees incurred through customs.
WARRANTY
All products sold by Neo Garage LLC® are only subject to the manufacturer's warranty. The manufacturer warranty will not be honored if the customer’s mishandling, abuse, or faulty installation causes the defect.
