Shipping Policy Free Shipping

We may take up to 2 business days to process your order after your payment has been authorized and verified. Orders containing items listed as regularly stocked products will ship within 3 Business days.. This applies to orders placed Monday to Friday before 3 pm ET (2 pm CT/1 pm MT/noon PT). The term 'business days' refers to the days between Monday and Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Fridays after 3:00 PM EST will begin processing the following Monday.

Orders containing items listed as not in stock will ship by the estimated ship date. These product dates are subject to change. 


We ship all products using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Freight orders will be sent via Pilot Freight. International orders will be sent via USPS or DHL

This shipping offer is valid on standard shipments to the lower contiguous 48 States. The offer is valid on virtually any order with a merchandise total over $249. Certain Special order and  oversize products are excluded.


VIP Member Shipping Policy: Enjoy Free Shipping on all products over $50. Excludes freight shipping & special orders.


Delivery Times


The delivery time of your package primarily depends on the shipping carrier and the service level selected.

  • Free Standard Shipping - Transit time of 5-7 Business Days

  • VIP Free Shipping - Transit times 2-3 Days

  • Next Day Air - Transit time of 1 Business Day

  • 2nd Day Air - Transit time of 2 Business Days

  • Freight UPS/ FedEx Ground - Transit time of 5-7 Business Days

Special Orders


Items are considered special orders if they are generally not stocked items. For example, if an item needs to be ordered from Japan, or an item is made to order.

  • Please contact us if you would like to inquire about making an order.

  • Special orders may require a deposit.

  • No returns, cancellations, or refunds are allowed on special orders. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • We cannot estimate delivery times of special orders. 

  • Special Orders will drop ship from the manufacturer.

Damaged/ Lost Items

If your shipment becomes damaged or lost in transit, please notify one of our customer service representatives immediately. Do not discard any boxes or packaging materials included in the shipment. To fully process a damage claim, all original products, and packaging materials must be provided. Neo Garage LLC Parts is not liable for damage claims that are denied due to customer negligence.


International Shipping


Neo Garage LLC Parts ships packages all over the world. If you would like to see an estimated cost of shipping an item(s) internationally, simply add the desired item(s) to your Shopping Cart and use the "Calculate Shipping" feature. Please remember these shipping charges do not include any duties, customs charges, or brokerage fees that may accompany your shipment; all importation fees assessed by the shipping carrier, and local or national governments are the buyer’s responsibility and will not be paid or reimbursed by Neo Garage LLC Parts. By law, Neo Garage LLC Parts is required to list all package contents at the actual purchase price. If a package is refused rather than pay any importation fees, Neo Garage LLC Parts reserves the right to deduct the cost of the return shipment, including customs clearance charges, from your product refund or abandon the package with no refund when the cost of return shipping is more than the original order.
